RELATED LINKS is reviewing the 2012-13 campaign with a look back at the Top 10 stories as selected by the Austin Peay athletics department staff.

After earning a spot on the Colombian National Olympic team alongside her sister Natalia, Tatiana Ariza missed the first two games of the 2012 season due to her commitment in London with her home country. Upon her return to Clarksville, she put together one of the finest seasons in Austin Peay history, scoring a Ohio Valley Conference-best 12 goals and assisting on eight others to tally an OVC-high 32 points in just 19 contests, with her 1.68 points per game average ranking 23rd nationally. Along the way, she set Austin Peay career records in goals (39), assists (20) and points (98), leaving her two points shy of becoming the first OVC Player in the 100-point club since 2003 entering her senior season. Ariza scored multiple goals on four occasions – against Chattanooga, Belmont, Eastern Illinois and Tennessee Tech – giving her nine career multi-goal games. In addition to netting her second career NSCAA All-Region honor and third first-team All-OVC nod, Ariza earned the first Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year honor in school history, another in a career of firsts for the Bogota native. During the school's spring awards banquet, she was named Austin Peay's Most Outstanding Female Athlete.
