Athletics


Winfield Dunn Health and Physical Education Building and Dave Aaron Arena/Dave Loos Court	Physical Education and Recreation Departments, Athletic Offices, Men's & Women's Basketball, Women's Volleyball, Athletics Hall of Fame	The Winfield Dunn Center became home of the Governors and Lady Govs indoor athletics in 1975 after ground was broken for the $5.3 million, 9,000-seat structure in February 1973.
Memorial Health Building "The Red Barn"	Former home of athletics department and men's basketball	The Memorial Health Building, better known as "The Red Barn" was home to Austin Peay athletics and men's basketball prior to the building of the Winfield Dunn Center.
Cheryl Holt Field	Softball	Cheryl Holt Field, formerly Lady Govs Field, became the permanent on-campus home facility for the Austin Peay softball team in the 2000 season, giving the Lady Govs their first true home facility in the programʼs 15-year history to that point.
Raymond C. Hand Park	Baseball	Governors Park officially became Raymond C. Hand Park, March 27, 1993, in a special dedication ceremony. Austin Peay’s baseball team has been in its current location since the 1970 season.
Governors Stadium	Football, Track & Field	Governors Stadium is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Clarksville, Tennessee. It opened in 1946 and is home to the Austin Peay Governors football team and the Lady Govs track and field program.
Morgan Bros. Soccer Field	Women's Soccer	Morgan Brothers Soccer Field opened in 2005, providing Austin Peay arguably the best soccer pitch in the Ohio Valley Conference.
Governors Indoor Tennis Center and Outdoor Tennis Courts	Men's & Women's Tennis	The Governors Tennis Center has been a part of Austin Peay athletics and the Clarksville community for nearly two decades.
Foy Fitness and Recreation Center	Austin Peay Student Recreation	Opened in 2007, the Foy Center is $11 million fitness and recreation center located on Marion Street between the Dunn Center and Governors Stadium.
Swan Lake Golf Course	Men's & Women's Golf	One of two public courses in Clarksville, Swan Lake Golf Course is located near historic Dunbar Cave. The par-71, 6,419-yard course is one of three local courses used by the Govs and Lady Govs for practice. In addition, the Governors Club annually hosts its golf classic at the course.
The Links at Novadell	Men's & Women's Golf	Located in Hopkinsville, Ky. – 25 miles north of campus – The Links at Novadell opened in 1997. The par-72, 6,886-yard links-style course annually hosts the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate men's tournament.
Clarksville Country Club	Men's & Women's Golf	The Clarksville Country Club – originally formed in 1913 and relocated to its current site in 1965 – annually hosts the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate women's tournament on its par-72, 6,000-yard layout
