Christophel Show remains at Edwards, but moves to Thursday nights

CLARKSVILLE - The Rick Christophel Show will be moving to Thursdays, at Edward's Steakhouse, beginning Sept. 1 prior to the Govs season-opener at Cincinnati. 

The one-hour live radio show begins at 6 p.m. and is broadcasted on WVRY, 105.1 FM, home of Austin Peay State University's Governors Sports Network.

Fans can join Chistophel, APSU's head football coach, and host Brian Rives as the discuss Governors football. In addition, assistant coach and occasional player guests will be on the line up.

Edward's Steakhouse (107 Franklin Street), which was a 2010 Best of Clarksville selection for local eatery, is owned and operated by Linda Shephard, the wife of APSU linebackers coach Gary Shephard. Along with drink specials, Edwards will offer half-price appetizers on Thursdays.
