2012 Cross Country: Top Lady Gov finisher in each meet... Won the JSU Foothills with an 18:39.20 mark, which earned her OVC Female Runner of the Week honors... Placed in the top-10 in both trips to Chattanooga, at Sept. 7 Powerade Invitational (12:23.00, sixth) and Oct. 13 Front Runner Invitational (11:38.30, fifth)... Earned her second consecutive All-OVC honor with a 10th-place finish at the OVC Championships, on the strenght of a 17:49.00 run.

2011-12 Track and Field: Bronze medalist during indoor season... Runner-up in the 3000m run at the Saluki Invitational with a personal-best 10:22.01s run... Third in the mile at the Ohio State Tune Up (personal-best 5:10.15s)... Placed third in the 5000m run (personal- best 17:53.05s) and was seventh in the 3000m (10:31.26s) at the OVC Indoor Championships... Won the 3000m at the APSU Invitational with a 10:50.98s run... Personal-best outdoor 5000m run of 18:11.89s came at the Vanderbilt Invitational, where she finished 12th.

2011 Cross Country: Earned All-Ohio Valley Conference honors after finishing 10^th at the OVC Championships... won the Fleet Feet Sports/Earl Jacoby Memorial with a time of 19:11... took home a second victory at the Kentucky State Thorobred Stampede finishing in 18:23.45...had strong sophomore season recording five top-ten finishes in eight events...was top performer for the  Lady Govs in all eight events ... one of three Lady Govs to participate in the NCAA South Regionals, finishing in 23:04.6.

2011 Indoor:  Competed in the 3000- and 5000-meter runs... set personal-best in 3000m run at the Niswonger Invitational, finishing in 10:53.16...  set personal-best 18:50 mark in the 5000m run at the Tennessee State Invitational earning  second-place honors... earned sixth-place honors  in  the 5000m run at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships, finishing in 19:52.93.

2011 Outdoor: competed in the 800- and 1500-meter runs... set a personal-best 2:17.46 mark to win the 800m run at the Showdown on the Cumberland... grabbed another victory in the 800m run at the Austin Peay Governors Invitational finishing in 2:23.50... set a personal-best 4:48.76 mark in the 1500m run victory at the Bellarmine Invitational... also took home a first-place finish in the APSU Spring Fling's 1500m run finishing in 5:04.43.

2010 Cross Country: One of the most consistent runners for the Lady Govs...posted two top-20 finishes...season-best 17th-place finish at the 8k Fast Cats Invitiational, posting a 19:20.51 mark...led the team at the two-mile Powerade Invitiational after posting a 12:15 mark, earning 19th-place...posted a 25th-place finish at the 8k OVC Championships after a 19:56.31 mark.

High School: A long-distance runner at Clarksville High School... recorded a personal best 800-meter run time of 2:25.72

Personal: Daughter of Maria and Dean Richards... born on Dec 4, 1991... plans to major in nursing.
