Former Lady Govs basketball player Susan Wright, who also was a member of APSU's first softball team, was commencement speaker at graduation ceremonies today.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Twenty-Nine current or former Austin Peay State University student-athletes graduated, Friday, in the University's 80th Commencement held at Dave Aaron Arena. Former Lady Govs basketball player Susan (Wright) Cole was today's commencement speaker. Cole, who played for APSU in the mid-1980s, currently is one of only two reading clerks for the U.S. House of Representatives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
